The problem lies here, you are missing the ws2_32.lib file in your project, assuming you have the platform sdk installed, you need to do the following:
(Press Alt + f7) or Project -> "yourprojectname" Properties -> +Configuration Properties -> +Linker -> Input, You are missing the ws2_32.lib addition dependencie, click -> Additional Dependencies, a button which reads "..." should appear at the end of that line, click it, and add ws2_32.lib in the text box, then "OK" out of everything, and try compiling your project...
If you're getting compiler errors like Nirvana try including winsock2.h before you include windows.h.

KeyHoleTV: Watch Live Japanese TV Online!
今天要介紹的KeyHoleTV，雖然不能說是可以影響幾個世紀的偉大發明，但可以說是本世紀很偉大的發明。
透過這個軟體，你可以輕鬆的看到日本即時放送的電視頻道。
播放中畫面，令人意外的是在所有的P2P播放程式中，Keyholetv可以說是最快的一個。
當然音量調整跟停止播放的功能都簡單明瞭。
Keyholetv是一個剛開始發展的p2p播放軟體，目前的知名度也不算高，但是對於熱愛日本頻道的外地觀眾而言，簡單易懂的操作、輕薄短小、不佔資源的播放是keyholetv的魅力所在。
Have you ever wanted to know how to watch real-time, live Japanese TV for free? Maybe you’re trying to learn Japanese, but want to hear real Japanese, and not the type you just hear in Anime. Well there is a free program called KeyHoleTV that will let you do just that. KeyHoleTV is part of a project by Japan’s Ministry of Internal Affairs testing out P2P (peer to peer) technology. You can also stream your own live video using the same technology with a program called KeyHoleVideo. While the audio and video isn’t the highest quality, it is definitely watchable. KeyholeTV has a decent, but limited selection of channels. The bigger channels are TBS, TV Tokyo, TV Asahi, and Fuji TV. There area also a few smaller channels and user broadcasts that change randomly. If you’re interested in downloading it, here’s a step by step guide.
Side Note: The added a few new features with KeyholeTV version 3.04+. First if you double click the video window, it will open up another window so you can just have the video playing without the rest of the buttons. Also, if you click the button “TOP MOST ON” it will make it so the window stays on top of whatever you are doing!
1. Download KeyHoleTV
Head over to http://www.v2p.jp/video/Viewer/Windows and download the file labeled “SetupKHTV3.13.exe ” or you can just click here: Download KeyHoleTV.
Then head over to http://www.v2p.jp/video/Viewer/Windows/Update and download the file labeled “FixKHTV3.14.exe” (or click here)

2. Install KeyHoleTV
Select English, or which ever language you are most comfortable reading, and install the SetupKHTV3.13.exe file. Afterwards, run the update with the file FixKHTV3.14.exe.
3. Run KeyHoleTV
After the install, run the program and then you are going to be presented with the following screen:

In this screen, you will see various buttons, and the main channel guide. Below I will include a guide to the channels so you know what you’re looking at. A brief explanation of the buttons:
* KeyholeTV Online Button Logs you on and off of the server. Sometimes you will see errors saying that you are not connected to the server. Just click the button Off, and then back On to log back in.
* KeyholeTV Mute Button Allows you to mute the sound. Trigger On and Off.
* KeyholeTV Video Button Allows you to stop and start the video.
* KeyholeTV Update Channel Listings The channel listings refreshes every now-and-then. Use this button to manually update the channel listings for KeyHoleTV.
* KeyholeTV Watch Channel Button After you have selected a channel in the channel listings window, click the Watch button to view the channel.
* KeyholeTV Search Channel Listings Right now, you don’t have to worry about this button as there are not many channels available on KeyHoleTV. However in the future, this button is going to be a must have.
* KeyholeTV Chat with the Broadcaster I haven’t seen any broadcasters chatting, but I assume that KeyHoleTV has the option of allowing the viewers to chat with the broadcasters. There is a popular channel that features actress Risa Ishimoto, not sure if you can chat with her or not.
* KeyholeTV Video Tab This tab allows you to view the video window.
* KeyHoleTV Program Tab This tabe allows you to view the channel listings.
4. Channel listings
KeyholeTV Channel WindowThis is the channel listings for KeyHoleTV. On this screen you will see the channel name, a preview picture of whats currently playing, and the amount of viewers watching that specific channel. When you see a high number of people watching, it usually means something good is on. Remember that here in the United States, we are about 14 hours behind JST (Japan Standard Time). So a lot of the popular shows and Anime will come on at odd times for us. Here is a listing of the current channels as of today. The channels are always changing. Match the beginning of the channel name with the English in red:

蘋果 (Apple Inc.)(AAPL-US) 上周四 (8 日) 發表手機 iPhone 的最新版應用程式 OS 4，當中悄悄在軟體開發套件 (SDK) 的開發商程式授權協議中，新增一條款限制使用的程式語言。此舉再度引爆業界對於蘋果一慣獨斷切割市場的抨擊聲浪。
蘋果的 iPhone OS 4 SDK 中第 3.3.1 條款規定，若開發商設計的應用程式欲在蘋果的 iTunes App Store 線上商店上販售，原始程式必須以 C、C++ 及 Objective-C 這 3 種編程語言之一寫成。
換句話說，蘋果明文抵制以跨平台編譯程式創造的應用程式，在 App Store 上販售。這對此類應用程式開發商構成相當影響，因為 iTunes App Store 販售多達 18.5 萬種應用程式，是兵家必爭之地，也是開發商不可錯過的黃金市場。

Warren Buffett on the Best Investment You Can Make

Warren Buffett, one of American’s wealthiest people, is famously followed for his investing views and strategies. And why not? As chairman of Berkshire Hathaway, Buffett has led his company, through acquisitions and investments, to exponential growth. A $1,000 investment in Berkshire Hathaway in 1959 is worth $25 million today!
And yet Buffet, known as the “Oracle of Omaha,” is now talking about an investment that is even greater. During the Q&A session at Berkshire Hathaway’s annual meeting in 2008, Buffett said:
The most important investment you can make is in yourself. Very few people get anything like their potential horsepower translated into the actual horsepower of their output in life. Potential exceeds realization for many people…The best asset is your own self. You can become to an enormous degree the person you want to be.
In an ABC news interview in July of 2009, when asked whether it is still important for families to send their children to college or higher learning, Buffett said:
Generally speaking, investing in yourself is the best thing you can do. Anything that improves your own talents; nobody can tax it or take it away from you. They can run up huge deficits and the dollar can become worth far less. You can have all kinds of things happen. But if you’ve got talent yourself, and you’ve maximized your talent, you’ve got a tremendous asset that can return ten-fold.
He went on to say that he doesn’t mean that everyone should go to college. And he added that learning communication skills are tremendously important for everyone.
Buffett recently appeared in an online animated series called the Secret Millionaire's Club in which he teaches kids about finance and investing. Appearing on CNBC in July of 2009 to talk about this new venture, Buffett was asked, “What’s your hope that kids will take away from these episodes?” His reply:
Well, one way or another you develop financial habits when you're very young. And the habits you develop live with you for the rest of your life. So if we can get through to some young people that it's better to be a little bit ahead of the game than behind the game, watch out for credit cards. The most important message is that the best investment you can make is in yourself. Teaching them if something's too good to be true, it probably is, and so on. If they learn those things the easy way through these stories early on, it may save them learning it the hard way later on.
…Like I said, the most important message you can deliver to a young person is that anything you invest in yourself, you get back ten-fold. And nobody can tax it away, they can't steal it from you. So we'll be trying to deliver those messages. You have to do it with a good story. They're not going to watch it to get a lecture. They're going to watch it to get entertained, and in that entertainment we hope there can be a good message.
So, what are some of the best ways you can invest in yourself?
1. Create your own personal development plan. A good one helps you define your preferred future (your dream life), clarifies your life’s purpose, evaluates your current reality in the basic areas of life (financial, family, career, health, spiritual, etc.), reveals your personal values for each life area (the beliefs that are important to you), sets well-defined goals, and creates a specific plan of action.
2. Be a lifelong learner. Read good books and resources. Take classes (formal or informal). Attend webinars and listen to podcasts. But don’t stop there – you’ve got to apply what you read and hear, and take action!
3. Surround yourself with people who will help you achieve your goals and dreams. If you have friends or family who are downers all the time, or who don’t believe in you or your goals, get new ones. I don’t mean that you replace your friends or family, but find some new ones to add to the mix. We all need to have positive people in our lives. And maybe you need a mentor or coach who can help you take action on your goals.
4. Improve your communication skills. Buffett mentioned this in one of the interviews. Communication skills are extremely important today. And not just in how to be a great speaker, but also a great listener.
